Withdraw from a contract

Consumers can use this form to electronically withdraw from a software or report contract. Withdrawal is separate from cancelling a subscription for the future.

Software: Cancellation ends a subscription at the next possible date; withdrawal concerns the original contract instead.

Reports: A purchased report that has not yet been created can be withdrawn from within the withdrawal period. For an already created report, we review the terms confirmed at purchase and before creation.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform New Uniwares, Erik Memmert, Ravenspurgerstr. 20, 86150 Augsburg, Germany, telephone +49 821 54393388, email office@newsunware.com, by an unequivocal statement. You may use this online function, but it is not the only permitted form. If you use it, an email containing the declaration and its date and time of receipt is sent immediately. Sending the declaration before the period ends is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

Following an effective withdrawal, all payments received, including any cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, are reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the declaration. We normally use the same payment method as the original transaction and charge no fee for the reimbursement.

Digital content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right expires early only if performance began after your express consent to beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost, and provision of the contract confirmation on a durable medium.
